Surveillance Video leads to Breaking and Entering Arrest

After a Breaking & Entering was discovered at Lewie’s Gambling Parlor, a check of their surveillance video showed a white male perpetrator attempting to pry into machines and moving a safe.  Officers watching the video recognized Mr. Shaffer who lives less than half a block away from Lewie’s.
