Law Enforcement Training: Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs & Sovereign Citizens

The St. Albans Police Department will host a law enforcement training class on Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs and Sovereign Citizens on May 2, 2023, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This training, presented by the West Virginia Fusion Center, is approved for 8 hours of in-service training by LEPS. The OMG portion will cover history, trends, identification, criminal activity, and interactions/traffic stops. The Sovereign Citizens portion will cover history, ideology, interactions with government officials, potential violence, and indicators. Lunch is provided, and registration is required at https://torms.gle/xfXrb62xhZqQbQr98.
