Robert has formed partnerships with Federal Law Enforcement agencies and has been instrumental in creating programs like the Technical Operations Group and the Family Liaison Program. He is a member of several prestigious associations, including the International Homicide Investigators Association and the Federal Bureau of Investigation and National Academy Association.
