Course Description: Embark on a transformative journey with our one-day training session, “21st Century Policing: Identifying Unconscious Biases & Unlocking Emotional Intelligence.” This course is designed to help law enforcement officers recognize and mitigate unconscious biases and enhance their Emotional Intelligence (EQ). Through practical exercises, discussions, and personalized assessments, participants will explore how these biases can affect decision-making and learn strategies to foster inclusivity and emotional acuity both on and off duty.
Who Should Attend: This course is specially designed for sworn West Virginia Law Enforcement Officers seeking to enhance their interpersonal and decision-making skills.
