With 26 years of service in the Los Angeles Police Department and additional roles in the Baltimore Police Department and the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, Jerry is a seasoned expert in the field. He holds a master’s degree in Leadership from St. Mary College of California and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. His extensive experience on both the West and East Coasts makes him a highly sought-after instructor for this critical subject matter.
